Pros
good company with fair wages, good working environment, and most of the time the managment would listen to the needs of the workers
Cons
this company seems to be greedy, I worked there for 31 years and they relocated to Mexico for a higher profit margin. This past year my plant made a profit of 35 million, I could understand moving if the profit wasn't there however, it seems this would be enough to stay.
