      Pros

      Opportunity to travel. Opportunity to work with people all over the world. Very stable company. Comfortable work conditions. Relatevely young personnel.

      Cons

      Low salaries. Not good resourses planning. Very poor benefits system. Very slow processes. Many things are being promised by management but not done.

      Pros

      Compensation seems adequate compared to national averages. As long as programs are producing $$$ equipment needs are met. Engineering does have some ownership on a project.

      Cons

      Asia manufacturing has you on calls in the evenings, program management is in the Philippines, You have to take many too many short cuts to get projects done on time resulting in customer dissatisfaction and poor reliability.

      Good working culture. Not much office politics. Technical working level manager. Opportunities to work with colleagues from over the world.

      Cons

      Below market salary range. Do not value technical and engineering talents. Overly conservative management. Manangement initiate austerity and cost cutting measures even when division is doing very well with record profits.
