      Great Company to start, continues to dwindle

      Pros

      Good people and friendly environment. The pace of work is not super high pace. The products are high value/quality vs quantity.

      Cons

      Holidays reduced, pay freezes, restructuring of benefits, and now work from home is becoming non existent. 4 days mandatory in office for "togetherness" is not going to help the company as its very unpopular with employees. Have lost a lot of good talent due to dwindling benefits and corporate continues to ask for more while giving less back. The pay structure isn't very competitive.

      Lots of gaslighting with the new 60/40 pay cut

      Pros

      I love my job, love going to work with customers solving their problems in challenging environments. Love the technology with strong brand recognition.

      Cons

      Constantly being lied to around this new comp plan. We were told base pay wouldn’t go down. Very first presentation on the plan. Base pay is going down you will need to adjust your finances to get used to the lower base. We are being told this isn’t a pay cut, this isn’t about cost savings. It 100% is just that.
