      Pros

      Great people, work is rewarding in an environment where there is a good focus on getting things right. Very clear sense of what needs to be done and with a collaborative focus

      Cons

      Shocking vacation policy - not eligible, at all, first year!! What is this - 1950? Not at all competitive in an industry where competing for talented employees is important, and where movement is fairly fluid

      Pros

      Not too much overtime, certain teams are better than others to work for. They have some great products, and great customers. Pay is decent and benefits are standard.

      Cons

      Upper management is headstrong, and lacks connection with their employees. Overall, the company is very "old school" for being a technology/DCIM company. The company has several different "united" locations or purchased companies working under one division - but they don't seem to treat each other like equals. There is still a sense of separation between those purchased companies that can lead to head-butting and egos.

      Pros

      Decent hours, optional overtime, pay is decent for area, only way you will be unemployed is if you don't show up or are completely incompetent.

      Cons

      Massive Layoffs every few years, Management wants input but when given looks the other way, WEAK UNION AND WEAK UNION OFFICALlS, MUST have the i don't care attitude i'm only here to collect a check or you will go insane,
