Emerson reviews

The business has been backed into a corner due to poor strategic planning, and management is not being held accountable. Many long term dedicated employees are being walked out in an attempt to restructure before its too late. Most of them are over 40 with many years of service. I would seriously avoid Emerson until major changes at the top have been made and the ship is righted again.
