      Pros

      Some sharp people are around. Good benefits if they hold up.

      Cons

      Decisions from the top are making the company implode. Nervous people looking elseware. not good for long term value.

      Vilter uses their employees for what they can bring to the table then dumps them; they call it reorganization?

      Pros

      Salary & bennies were good. Vilter has a niche market that is exciting to represent. Taking a tour if the factory would be very interesting to an outsider.

      Cons

      Vilter has no job training, you are tossed in a cubicle and expected to figure it out. Management are chauvinists and don't really know your job. You will never get kudos for a job well done, they will pile more on you as a gift. Management destroy your credibility and confidence daily. HR will not help you, they have sold their souls to the corporation and will not protect you. Your lucky day comes when the terminate your position and walk you to the door. From the outside it looks like s great place to work, but you will feel the hell inside and immediately.

      Nice benefits, overall good company

      Cons

      Employees are not held accountable for their actions. Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. Management is in their own corporate world only for the almighty buck. It wasn't like that 2 years ago. Sad.
