      Pros

      Employee orientation is a great activity. They provide training. Semi-flexible schedule. Good benefits like retirement package, provide incentives like complete attendance allowance.

      Cons

      Our group was dissolved, and unfortunately I was not retained. So was only with them for 6 months. Lack of leadership skills of some of the Team Leaders.
