      Pros

      Good for gaining manufacturing domain knowledge Work life balance Open door policy and transparency Employee benefits schemes Great from stability point of view Such employee friendly policies are rare to find in India

      Cons

      Technology-wise a bit stagnant due to conservative nature of technology leaders, though there are exceptions. Lots of operational inefficiencies in teams, eventually hurts back the company.

      3 months notice period, need to take peer review on manager and improve feedback system
