The leadership leaves a lot to be desired. They talk about being transparent yet make decisions without involving the people who will be affected by those decisions. Communication across the college is a constant problem. The leadership changes what they want constantly as well. The departments have a hard time recognizing what is truly being asked of them. As an individual you make work hard on a project just to have the leadership dismiss it, even when the leadership asked for the project. I would not recommend anyone to work at EGTC with the current leadership. The medical insurance is not very good. It is expensive with high deductibles, especially if your family is on it.
