Pros

Teachers in the department were awesome to work for and appreciated all the help they could get.

Cons

The Dean and the advisor were completely unsupportive of the department --to the point of giving students inaccurate information that could impact their ability to graduate.

Pros

The mission of the college makes it a great place to work. There are some highly dedicated folks who are a joy to work with.

Cons

Management keeps piling more and more on instructional staff that makes it difficult to your job well as an educator and keep up with all the other responsibilities. Communication is extremely poor.
