      -Great environment to work in if you find a great team who share your values -Purposely work -The opportunity to be connected to so many other professionals and explore your options -Reasonable benefits

      -Salary is usually low and you'll make just enough to take care of your basic needs -Hard to negotiate salary with HR

      Doesn't value previous experience. Despite one of the largest endowments in the country, merit raises are "TBD." There is a pipeline of graduating students, so they underpay because there will always be someone willing to take your place.
