Pros

I am able to create my own hours, and my bosses are very communicative. Tutoring is one of the best-paid on-campus jobs.

Cons

Hours depend upon students' needs; some weeks, I have fewer hours than I would like.

Pros

The CTO manages to recruit outstanding personnel but the overall hostile and chaotic environment lead to high employee turnover.

Cons

Extremely heavy workload, little to no support for upper management, too many systems, little cooperation among departments, and non competitive salaries.
