-It really depends on what team you end up working with. I work in person all 40 hours of the week. But I know some other coordinators who are based remote. -Pay is really up to your negotiating skills, experience, and education -You can move up within the university to higher position, but again it depends in your supervisors and if they're willing to do that.

- kinda low pay -Not much room to grow unless you beg and keep following up -
