Has potential but needs to undergo a revamp

Pros

Benefits, Location, Holiday Gifts/Parties, Prestigious Name, Resourceful.. These are literally the best things about Emory that made working there worthwhile.

Cons

With salary being so low they often hire individuals in positions they don’t qualify for. Specifically, at the lead levels. These individuals often push out exceptional employees because of their lack of leadership skills. Employee relations is a joke and just a filler to make it seems like Emory cares and want to solve the problem when in actuality they don’t. No opportunity to advance Parking Poor work/life balance
