      Pros

      Work environment is great! Flexibility for the most part. Lots of vacation time and sick time. Stable job.. not too many turnovers. Compensation is adequate could be more competitive.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities... All who you know.. Certain ethnicities are given more advantages than others.

      It's really nice to be in an academic environment, around a diversity of people, many intelligent people and esteemed professors, and it's nice to have job stability/security

      Cons

      it is very difficult to get promoted, human resources is a total nightmare (disorganized, nonresponsive, slow), there are too many incompetent employees, it is very difficult to find someone who can answer any questions you have

      Experience getting good work Flexible schedules (work from home, vacation and sick leave)

      Cons

      Low salaries. The salaries are beyond low. They try to say that they offer competitive salaries, but they don't. Even HR will tell you that their salaries are too low. HR is there for management and Emory. They can't be trusted Management shows favoritism and they will block you if you try to get another job. You're stuck in a job once you have it. No room for promotion unless you go to another department
