Pros

Great Benefits and a highly reputable institute. If one is willing to work for it, it is possible to influence the community.

Cons

Inflexible structure disinterested in employee satisfaction and development. Emory suffers from too much money and business and not enough inspiration. They attract some of the best minds by throwing money at them, however these individuals often become isolated as celebrity names rather than adding real quality to the institution. Do not expect to grow here unless you work on developing your self. Mentors are not easily found here.
