Pros

Fair pay, good benefits, but you better know your boss AND your boss's boss. And do take advantage of the educational benefits! And the opportunities to hear and see amazing guest speakers and artists.

Cons

difficult commute and limited parking options. Hidden agendas can be severely career limiting. And though I did not experience it, I witnessed some very surprising disloyalty toward long-term employees in staff ranks.

Pros

Very good company to work for with great benefits. Family oriented.

Cons

You only can do what you can do and not control the work of others. It may hold you up from doing what you do but you have no control over that.
