      Pros

      A very diverse campus, in all aspects, and also a great environment for intellectual thought and conversation. The work is meaningful and you are surrounded by the beautiful campus grounds that are very well kept.

      Cons

      A little hard to find direction. There are groups of supportive staff members, but it seems that more are focused on their studies and research than their students.

      Pros

      Amazing resources and opportunities to collaborate departmentally. Benefits are amazing and the work is interesting and challenging. The culture on campus is vibrant, young and always great speakers, exhibits . . . to be a part of.

      Cons

      Though the students have amazing IQ's, sometimes I feel they lack EQ - and I wish there was more of a professional development program to help them value the work of Emory's staff. Not a lot of room for advancement.
