The best culture I've ever experienced

The culture is truly phenomenal here at Emphasys Software. I fully realize that current employees might feel obligated to write a good review for any company that they currently work for. However, the culture here at Emphasys is family oriented and your simply surrounded by great people who always extend a hand to help, or a joke to laugh. Our GM/CEO Dave Badun gets in the trenches with the troops and works as hard as any of us on a daily basis without even needing to ask him. The leadership team genuinely cares about their teams and fully understands the importance of a good laugh and taking care of their own. I have worked with fortune 500 companies and the culture within these organizations simply cant compare to what has been built here at Emphasys. If culture and not hating your job is important to you, this is the company to work for. The upward mobility opportunity is the best I've ever witnessed as well. You work hard and get it done, prepare for promotions and greater challenges moving forward.
Cons
We work hard, but we do it to benefit our neighbors in need of public housing. I haven't felt the same level of engagement anywhere else I've worked. Purpose and helping those who need it, is a task I'm grateful to be a part of.
