Good starting point, company needs to be less flat and offer more growth opportunities

Pros

People that work here are nice and easy going. During training, company provides industry background to help you understand market and clients. Conscientious of personal time-off. Good benefits and office space.

Cons

No growth opportunities in place to nurture and retain good employees. Management does not care or feel the need to foster a real sense of company culture. No specialty roles or specialization needed/encouraged. Starting salary is below average. Do not expect a major annual increase.

Pros

They hire even with little documented experience, which can be a great help to those that are still in college working towards their degree or who have just graduated. They offer decent benefits and are generous taking time for doctor's appointments and college classes.

Cons

The salary is low, perhaps even for a totally green software engineer.
