Pros

The people are great and really make the company a great environment. People out in the field are also great and easy to work with, though, you may occasionally get a bad egg. Pay has increased over the years to a great starting wage. You get to be out in the field on your own and not nagged but there is support when you need it.

Cons

Long hours in the busy season. Id leave a negative review for it but its known by everyone that the summer demands 55-60 hours of everyone. New standard pay does not give credit to how much you move product like it used to. The company puts everything on you if you go over 60 hours when they have guys who drive 2 hours straight to their first stop with the same if not more work than guys 15mins down the road. No structure for new people. If a new employee quits, the only thing management says is they didn't wanna work hard instead of looking at the environment and trying to fix what they can.

Pros

Real laid back atmosphere, which is good and bad.

Cons

Too many ! The delivery associate is a salary based position for 30k a year. Most days are typically longer than 12 hrs because the route planners have no experience. Overnight staff rarely has trucks loaded by 6am. Driver routes are way too spread out for Atlanta traffic. Then the check in process from a long day is done by only 3 people. Drivers who have already finished their route must wait on other drivers to be processed before even reaching the warehouse check in area. This may take 15 - 45 min daily. After the return process is completed, you must find a manger to let you out the building because your not giving card access to exit the building in comparison to the office staff. You start at 6am and could finish at 7pm. Management has no prior experience.

Pros

Great customer service job if you love getting to know people and meeting people. also great if you have a mind to organize and keep things together. free beer once in a while.

Cons

management does not look ahead. routing will be messed up on a daily basis even if you request a certain order. starting out you will work maximum hours for your "training".
