Cons

Do not expect to get any promotions in this company, because they are often given to the bosses friends.

Pros

Fantastic portfolio with almost 4000 items in the book which makes it a little difficult sometimes to keep up with things but gives you plenty of selection to offer you guys including some very big heavy hitter labels. 100% commission but depending on the route can be really lucrative. Incentives are great. Can make an extra $5k-$15k on those alone depending on how hard you push.

Cons

Sometimes the sales team can feel a little unheard and a lot of systems that are put in place are meant to help out other departments but tend to put a little strain on the sales team. Mileage Reimbursement is terrible.

We appreciate your feedback. As a company we are doing round table discussions in a town hall format monthly so employees can bring forth concerns and suggestions for improvements. We want all of our employees to know that they have a voice and we hear them.

Pros

Incentive based pay if you work hard and sell a lot you’ll be paid accordingly. Lots of great teammates to help you if you need help.

Cons

Management lacks business acumen they aren’t about the bottom line and helping reps make money they are all about staying off of upper managements radar. The company is beholden to Gallo even if that isn’t the right thing for your customer and managers especially area managers on the north side tell you to lie to customers and send things even if you’ve been told not to by the customer. Ethics are not a quality managers here possess.
