Pros

I manage exterior reconstruction projects — roofing, painting, siding, waterproofing — across HOA and commercial accounts. There's enough variety in the work to keep things interesting, and the growing client base gives me a sense of stability and security. The team is experienced and good at collaborating. The pay is decent, with room to grow your earnings as you build your book.

Cons

Sales is part of it whether the job description says so or not.

Pros

Clear project expectations and structured planning tools. Good work environment where you learn from experienced people. Many projects keep the work interesting. Good balance of independence and team backup. Good pay with room to grow as you build your book.

Cons

Sales side takes time to get moving — expect a slower start before things click.
