Pros

I can handle my projects without someone watching my every move, which makes a big difference for me. Managing large exterior projects where residents are still on site is pretty challenging. I coordinate crews, check progress, and walk the property with clients to make sure everything lines up. The pay is good, and I get PTO plus health coverage as part of my benefits.

Cons

The weather and unexpected delays can mess with project timelines.

It's steady work, which matters a lot to most people here -- you’re not left wondering when the next paycheck will arrive. The pay feels fair for what's expected, and the benefits are better than I've had in similar jobs. My supervisor gives me freedom to organize my work the way I want as long as everything's done right.

Cons
