Flexible work environment, unlimited PTO, can work remotely

Cons

Not paying out bonuses as promised during the hiring stage. No yearly salary raise, very poor benefits. Management is focused on deploying AI to enhance efficiency, which may result in a reduction in headcount.

Pros

Enjoyed many of the people that I got to work with while I was there.

Cons

They are in a difficult moment as they attempt to target the Enterprise market with their Digital Call Center product. On the other side (assuming success) I think it will make it a great place to work. But for the moment, they are attempting to do everything very lean, and that's making it hard.

Used to work for Pixlee, at that time it was a great place to work. When emplifi took over the only good thing was the former Pixlee vibes
