- Fully remote (if you like that sort of thing) - Unlimited PTO that you really can use (at least in my department) - Mostly good people to work with - The product genuinely isn't bad, compared to its peers

Cons

- Constant layoffs. Nearly every quarter. General sense of dread there. - They'll sell you on a bonus but then never deliver any of it. - Lacking a cohesive vision for what they want to do/be - Atmosphere got very political in recent years. - Broadly, feels like the company is treading water, trying to keep afloat as long as possible. Got a billion-dollar valuation several years ago, but it feels like an albatross now.

Remote-first culture, get to work with some amazing well-known brands, unlimited PTO

Cons

Had no idea what direction they wanted to take the company in after getting bought by private equity. Leadership constantly changed goals and requirements of team members with no clear path to grow or advance your position (unless you were part of a small-group of favored individuals).
