Pros

There are still a few smart professionals at mid-management. The product is ok but it's an old and crowded space. I gave it two stars but I honestly can't recommend employment here unless you're desperate.

Cons

No upside here. Customer churn is high. The old Socialbakers crowd in Prague operate on their own terms. Some have told me they'd like the company to fail so the old owners can buy it back for pennies on the dollar. Not a very collaborative outlook or friendly culture. New upper management are using old playbooks and running out of vanity metrics to brag about. It's just one RIF after another.

Pros

Great coworkers: The team dynamic among peers is supportive and collaborative. Exposure to clients: You get to work with some well-known brands, which can add value to your resume.

Cons

High Employee Turnover: Leadership turnover is frequent, creating instability and a lack of clear direction. It’s hard to build momentum when teams are constantly shifting. Unclear Pay Structure: The compensation breakdown is often confusing and lacks transparency, leaving employees with unanswered questions about their earnings. Lack of Growth Opportunities: Career development feels stagnant. There’s little room for upward mobility, and minimal professional growth initiatives. Minimal Innovation: The company seems to recycle existing products rather than innovate, leaving little excitement or value-added features for customers. Poor Communication: There’s a clear gap in communication from leadership, leading to confusion and misalignment across teams. Employees are often left in the dark about important updates.

Pros

As a company that merged 4 companies together there are allot of opportunities and the culture is still forming. But through the journey the company has cared about the employees - from a work/life balance and culture.

Cons

The merging of 4 companies has left things in a confusing state with HR/salary increases/reviews. I assume this will get sorted, but currently is in a bit of disarry.
