Pros

Flexible working hours and locations

Cons

Compensation is majorly lopsided. IC's are under compensated, Execs are way over compensated and they can't make decisions to save their lives

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you appreciated the flexibility we offer. We also understand your concerns and know that compensation is a key part of overall job satisfaction. Our salary structure is based on industry standards and regularly reviewed against market benchmarks to ensure fairness. We also consider factors like the level of experience, role complexity, and market trends when determining compensation. In addition to salaries, we offer a benefits package (market dependent) that includes flexible work options, health insurance, pension and different well-being programs. Pros

Flexible PTO, work location, work hours made traveling easy! Plus, some great peers.

Cons

Emplifi has been going downhill for the last couple of years, and the financial strain can be felt by every department. Constant layoffs and reorganization meant lower-level employees taking on multiple peoples’ jobs with no pay increase or recognition. New CMO came onboard and told people they had to step into different roles or lose their jobs. Several amazing team members were let go just because Emplifi couldn’t afford to pay them — despite incredibly low salaries. No chance of a raise and bonuses don’t exist here. Working somewhere that’s doing well or even just static is a much better decision for your mental health.
