- Structued eng teams and good product - Opportunities to learn a grow - Flexibility - WFH - Decent pay

Cons

- Pay is good but not the best in Prague - Can be a bit chaotic at times

Nice product, nice people not so nice leadership

Pros

- teamwork is nice - all the people within the team are friendly and very helpful - co-workers are very mature both on a personal and professional level

Cons

- overworked - understaffed!!! (by a lot) - salary non-existent - atrocious management - all the people within the team are underpaid and overworked - no company values whatsoever, big talk only - all keywords, slogans, and big words mean nothing in reality - misusing pride month for publicity and general perspective

Alternative drinks Dog-friendly place Some people working there

Cons

All Hands don't matter for IT people, only talking about sales Disorganization Chaotic Keep old people who do not improve the company Stressful and overly complicated release process Lots of bugs/internal errors Dogs bark a lot or shed and office is not cleaner/vacuumed often
