Pros

- Emplifi (formerly Socialbakers) is a great company to work on a product clients actually want, with an efficient feedback loop. - Technologies include Node.JS, redis, PostgreSQL and JavaScript/React and many others, there is a lot to learn. - You can become full-stack from more junior back-end / front-end developer background given that you are willing to learn fast. - Office is very modern with a stylish industrial look, dog-friendly, and overall a nice place to work in. - Effort is out into employees well-being, from yoga sessions and sport card, to subscriptions to meditation apps, refreshments and snacks in the office, team buildings etc - Personal initiatives are welcome

Cons

If you are willing to learn all the new cool technologies, this is probably not a company for you. There is a focus on things that are proven to work and consistency across teams, which can be a con for some.
