Quality technical base and people who enjoy their work. Competent management (Engineering Managers, Directors and VP of SMC Engineering). Attractive product and capable VP of PM.

Cons

Low awareness of our brand. Fear of killing old and unprofitable parts of the solution.

Great team and the Social Media & UGC products are really good and competitive on the market

Cons

The C-suite is not really impressive, the former legacy from Astute (Customer Care) is not state of the art. It‘s not really clear where the management wants to go, often strategy is changed. Brand awareness towards clients and future employees is pretty poor.
