Pros

I'm happy to be part of a great R&D team that is still moving forward. I really appreciate the transparency of my managers here, who are not afraid to tell bad news and, on the other hand, to find solutions to get out of it. Another big plus is the company culture and the people I work with.

Cons

I see marketing as one of the biggest weaknesses here. I don't think I have more to say. Maybe it looks strange when a company has almost 500k followers on the biggest social networks, and the posts have almost 0 engagement.

Pros

Great amount of flexibility and trust. Positive working culture. Helpful and dedicated team members. Nice office.

Cons

Opportunities for growth are a bit limited. Marketing/brand seems outdated compared to industry standards and does not reflect the tool well.

Chilled and independent role but little advancement

Pros

It was a trusting and friendly environment where as long as you were doing your job deeper involvement in the corporate structure and environment was voluntary. Respectful of remote working options and they integrate this well over their global teams.

Cons

Very little career advancement available. Attempts to encourage progression often get lost over time further up the management structure.
