Relative freedom. No strict working hours. Almost full remote not a problem.

Cons

After each acquisition, the company is more and more corporate. Complicated approval for everything even a repair of a broken laptop must be approved by top-level management. Hiring, salary increases, basically any budget. So many people must be involved.
