Not Honest about LT Outlook of Company Growth

Pros

The company is entirely remote.

Cons

The company has had a couple of recent acquisitions that were just draining financially. Poor acquisition decisions combined with a lack of long term growth strategy that is actually feasible leaves the company vulnerable. The company was very low on funds.

Pros

The people really care and try. We used to have a first rate product.

Cons

The management team don't seem on the same page as each other. They aren't tuned in to the employees. They don't want to be on the front line with customers.

Excellent company and overall good communication throughout the organization. Real good benefits. Good senior management that want to support their employees.

Cons

Over extended acquisitions and no raises or bonuses in 2022. Need additional resources to help across the organization.
