Pros

Emplifi is a coming together of a lot of technology, people/cultures, and opportunity. Leadership, from the very top down, is really accessible helping to build trust and transparency across the organization. You get to work across teams, departments, and groups of people - so there's a lot of room for personal and professional growth.

Cons

There are challenges, like at any high-growth company, with the coming together of company culture, benefits, etc. but it's all ultimately a part of the exciting side of getting to work in a rapidly growing cloud technology organization.
