it’s not the company it used to be

Pros

unlimited vacation; flexible working hours; smart and friendly people - this is the only thing that has the real value.

Cons

The management doesn’t like people who are trying to change anything in the settled status quo. You won’t get a chance to change anything for better and get the environment you won’t be able to work peacefully. Strategy is non-existent in this company, the current state reminds agony, but you’re not allowed to disagree. The most productive and smart people are leaving one by one, which affects the general atmosphere. Most of mid engineering managers have notified they leave within two months. People are not valued and no one cares about their retention, even though it is it always harder to teach someone new, especially when the person who obtained the knowledge left already. Very limited career growth opportunities. Low salaries.
