Pros
Emplifi is a positive atmosphere with great, supportive teammates. There is a good opportunity to grow here but you have to put in the work.
The company went through some changes, especially in 2022-2023, but there is fresh momentum for 2024 & beyond. We have a new CEO who is helping to build upon the current structure and is very energetic and supportive of everyone. There is a lot of potential for 2024 to be a big growth year!
It is a fast-paced environment and busy, but the leadership is respectful, and work life balance is emphasized. The company has good benefits, and the unlimited PTO is a plus.
Cons
Parental leave policy is standard for US (limited) but would be great if more paid coverage was offered.
Corporate annual bonus has been non-existent due to market conditions.
