Pros

The Co-Founders are amazing leaders to work for, a company vision that is easy to get behind, and the team is full of genuinely some of the best people I know. I worked at Emplify for years and was honestly thankful every single day.

Cons

Typical growing pains and adjusting to market/leadership conditions. Need to be able to embrace change.

Great Place To Create Your Own Impact

Pros

Huge potential to see your own impact if you are proactive and bring solutions to the table. Executives are authentic. Managers and co-workers are kind and want to help each other. Work environment is awesome.

Cons

Venture-funded scale-up is a roller coaster. Goals change, growth targets increase, and grit is required. But the mission makes it worth it.

Pros

Lots of talent here! It's a great place to work with lots of collaboration. You have a lot of say in how you do your job and a lot of influence on business decisions.

Cons

It's a start up so there is lots of change. If you don't enjoy transition and changes in your role, you may not enjoy it here.
