Pros

Competitive pay and benefits, access to the latest software and development tools, self-managed PTO, autonomy to take risks and the trust of my manager to have my back if I fail!

Cons

I would have said snacks was a con, but Emplify now has snacks program for its employees. I also would have said no 401k match, but that too just got implemented. Nothing glaring sticks out as a con.
