Pros

1E is at an exciting inflection point in its evolution. The company is 25 years old, has a strong enterprise customer base, and is transitioning into a growth stage. For me, the transition to the growth stage is exciting because it creates an opportunity to be involved in defining the processes and practices needed to grow into a powerhouse SaaS provider.

Cons

Like any highly distributed company, connecting personally with other 1E employees can be challenging. However, 1E is putting a lot of effort into finding creative ways to solve this.

After the TeamViewer acquisition, the company experienced a noticeable decline in culture and morale. The organization became heavily UK-focused, putting non-UK employees at a disadvantage in terms of visibility and growth
