Pros

It truly is a one team mindset here. Anyone, from the CEO down is a text message away and willing to help out. Sales is always a grind, but the culture at 1E is all about transparency, figuring problems out together, winning and having fun doing it. A lot of the ELT has worked together before, and its clear everyone is on the same page with where we need to enhance the business and focus.

Cons

Not really a con, but we run lean and mean in a quickly growing market and are landing very high profile clients every quarter. As long as we continue to put the customer first and ensure smooth onboarding of these clients we'll continue to be in a great spot.

After the TeamViewer acquisition, the company experienced a noticeable decline in culture and morale. The organization became heavily UK-focused, putting non-UK employees at a disadvantage in terms of visibility and growth
