      Pros

      Work environment is very friendly and supportive. We've had to circle through managers from different locations while we search for our main manager, I've met alot of different people and every person has been welcoming and supportive. Requesting time off is very easy becuase we all communicate very smoothly and effectivley. The retail expierence is very good on a smaller scale than a primark or target / walmart.

      Cons

      I don't see any cons to working here as of right now. If anything the mall or retail environment may not be for everyone but that is not a con of the company.
