Pros

Great environment, friendly co-workers, great benefits, pretty good family atmosphere for such a large company.

Cons

Big company which means lots of red tape getting certain things done. New York and LV shops get whatever they want and the other smaller shops kind of get left to fend for themselves. Base pay could definitely be better but isn't terrible.
