If you are an IT professional and live in Colima or Merida, this will be the company that will pay you the best salary, without having to change residency. It's the only company that can provide you the opportunity of create a good resume on DEV areas on Merida.
Cons
Managers don't pay any attention on the workers issues. They will pay you less if you are from the local city, even if you have more experience than a guy from another province. Always the same people and manager friends receive the bonuses. Also, it's really difficult to grow up inside this company.
