Pros

I've been at A-gas less than a year, it's a very good small to medium size company. The interview and on boarding process was excellent and very well organised. - The best culture in any company i have seen - Agas focusses on people - Benefits and salary are at a good level - Colleagues and people generally are helpful and really good to work with - People have a can do attitude - Company is growing from a small to medium size company, lots of opportunities to get involved in new and interesting work tasks - Agas is starting to act and think more globally as they expand - focus on people and training

Cons

As A-gas is a growing company there are a few small issues but nothing major - Some growing pains to be expected for companies like this at this point in time - Workload balancing varies across different people/teams. I have noticed some people are really busy and flat out while some seem to have more time on their hands - Some policies and rules are not clear and can vary depending on who you are (i.e. expenses, kit like laptops etc) although this looks like it will be better harmonised in future - not a biggie - Workload can be very high at times BUT the work is very interesting and rewarding

Pros

1. International Based Company but "Small" so you get to converse with allot of people 2. Growth Opportunities 3. Doesn't feel soulless 4. Travel Opportunities 5. Work from Home Opportunities or Hybrid positions

Cons

1. Higher Turn over in non-office hourly positions, though most of these are quits not fires 2. Sometimes there is allot of corporate speak so it can be a bit to decipher what exactly is going on in company wide business meetings. 3. Bureaucracy can get in the way of progress sometimes
