Pros

A-Gas' culture is second to none. There is a family feel for such a big company and truly believes in having a good work/life balance. Management is very open to new ideas and letting you take ownership of your own career path. Benefits are great! I have never worked for a company where you can ask so many benefit questions with a quick accurate response. Everything from onboarding to my day to day work life has been wonderful and so welcoming.

Cons

There are not any cons that I have not brought to my managers attention and we worked to gather to fix them!

1. International Based Company but "Small" so you get to converse with allot of people 2. Growth Opportunities 3. Doesn't feel soulless 4. Travel Opportunities 5. Work from Home Opportunities or Hybrid positions

Cons

1. Higher Turn over in non-office hourly positions, though most of these are quits not fires 2. Sometimes there is allot of corporate speak so it can be a bit to decipher what exactly is going on in company wide business meetings. 3. Bureaucracy can get in the way of progress sometimes
