Pros
I loved the people I worked with. My team was great and my direct boss was one of the best I've ever had!
Cons
Upper management/owners are stubborn and stuck in the 70's. They talk a REALLY good game about work life balance being very important - it isn't! They offer a hybrid work schedule based on performance and the metrics of that performance are constantly changing - only those at the top seem to know what the metrics are each month. Micro manage to the fullest! Must make a certain number of recruiting calls per day (20+) which they remind you of throughout the day. They have different recruiting teams who operate in different ways (healthcare, IT, business, pharmacy) IT barely make hires on a regular basis so they have nothing but time to crank out a million calls because they aren't busy with onboarding. Company is a bit misogynistic as well! I do not recommend. You will start at $15/hour for 6 months min before you get "promoted" to $18/hour and finally start earning commission. Absolutely no negotiating on salary! Benefits kick in after 90 days. 401K after 1 year.
