Pros
The job itself was a set M-F schedule with paid holidays and the option to work a few days a week from home after your first promotion. The people that work there were wonderful people. The trainers there were wonderful and patient. We had a beer cart every Friday, and the work itself was easy if not menial
Cons
Genuinely one of the worst places I’ve ever worked from a leadership perspective. The heads of the company were almost never in the building, and if they were they wouldn’t be there long due to their extended lunches or trips to the gym (one day one the heads was out of the building for 6 hours) It became so well known that many of the teams called them “Vacation David and Dan”. If you start to have a slump or trouble with the work, they will not put you on a PIP or anything of that nature, they will cut their losses and let you go.
