Worst work culture - Management Trainee A. O. Smith Employee Review

The company has a very bad HR system. They do campus placements and take people on board and torture them by making them travel. I got fired because I made complaint against my manager. Worst working culture. Worked in the south region. Call out any of the management trainees and ask this question. Their reporting manager doesn't goes anywhere just ask the trainees to work.
