Unfair/ unorganized mangement, stay away - Clamp Truck Operator A. O. Smith Employee Review

The business comes first before your family for starters, second they treat second shift like crap and first shift like kings. Third they have their favorites and if your jot one of them consider yourself the black sheep, management is very poor and unorganized and expect 100 from you but they wont give you what they promised you and basically do whatever it takes to make themselves look good but give employees no recognition what so ever. Also work comes first before your school they will change your scedule at work and your left arguing with management telling them you cant work mornings because you go to school in the mornings and they will tell you to figure it out.
